Through a unique alchemy of physical, energetic, and spiritual healing practices, we guide womxn through the journey of their own inner transformation.

Shaina's Medicine meets the physical body with deep wisdom, guiding healing through a powerful combination of chiropractic adjustment, cranial sacral therapy, myofascial unwinding, visceral manipulation, and somatic trauma resolution.

There is power in the gathering of Womxn. Through womxn's circles, retreats, and group gatherings, Wild Womxn Medicine offers a sacred, nourishing container devoted to healing, inner transformation, and the embodiment of womxn's power and wholeness.

1:1 Somatic Healing
Work with Shaina 1:1 to transmute and release stored trauma and emotions through a unique and intuitive combination of both energetic and physical healing modalities including:

A sacred circle of womxn; a womb space;
a gathering.
This unique and evolving monthly gathering is for Womxn seeking connection, support, and healing within a nurturing community. Each month, we explore a new topic with the intention of collective and personal healing. Together, we reclaim our truest, wildest, and most authentic selves, held in the sacred embrace of Womxn healing side by side.
This is an in-person gathering that meets monthly, open to any Womxn seeking community, belonging, and transformation.

Course: Womxn's Wheel of Life
Explore the 13 feminine archetypes we travel though in our lives as Womxn. The Womxn's Wheel of Life is a sacred container of healing the shadows and wounds of these archetypes and embodying the fullness of the power and gifts of each.
This is a cohort group that meets in-person monthly.
