A sacred nurturing and nourishing container devoted to healing, inner transformation, embodying our power & remembering our wholeness.

Offering spaces for healing that include somatic care (chiropractic, cranial sacral therapy, myofascial unwinding, visceral manipulation, somatic trauma resolution) intuitive healing, retreats, womxn's circles, and group classes.

We are womxn of Great Love, living in our Truth, Wisdom, and Wholeness. We hold the sacred circle of Belonging within our wombs + hearts and I welcome others to join me on their journey through their inner wilderness to reclaim their Sacredness + Truth for themselves!

Why Wild Womxn Medicine?
I am a womxn who loves all the ways and being a womxn in all her fullness. I am deeply connected to the moon, the Earth, her rhythms and cycles. I know that when womxn return to their cyclic nature, the cycles and rhythms of the Earth and Life, we all come into greater balance and health. The rhythms inside us and outside us have so much wisdom, they are are greatest healers and teachers. When we return to them, and allow our nervous systems to set the pace, our bodies and souls return to their innate wisdom and health. Medicine here is anything that helps and bridges the connection to your True Self, the Earth, and all of Life. I use medicine in the sense of balm and healing for the body and soul. Medicine is used in the more traditional meanings of a synonym for magic — the magic of not knowing how or what but being open to the mystery, the magic mystery of embodying your truest, whole-est, self. (I am not using it in the Western view of allopathic medicine.)

A sacred circle, a womb space, to contribute to weaving healing, love, authentic connection back into all of our hearts, bodies, and souls. To reclaim our truest, wildest, and most authentic selves in a sacred circle of womxn healing together.

Wild Womxn Support & Healing
Work 1-1 with Shaina for healing & support. This is a sacred sanctuary to co-creatively work together to work with the momentums of challenge that arise as we journey back to Wholeness with ourselves.

This session is a 75 minute in person co-creative space to work together utilizing body work and somatic healing tools.
